A Bit About Me
John has been working in the Jersey finance industry for over 30 years.
From 1989 to 2007, John worked at the Jersey Financial Services Commission. His time there included various directorships, including the director of the Financial Services Business Division, which was responsible for the implementation and administration of the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998. Later, John was director of the Compliance Division, responsible for the ongoing regulation of all authorised businesses under the various regulatory Laws.
John also represented Jersey on a number of international bodies, including Sub Committees of IOSCO.
Since 2007, John has held a number of senior compliance posts in the private sector.
